We have a large range of unfurnished flats and houses ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms in the Hull area.

The range of properties we provide is privately owned by Wardbright and is fully maintained by our own full time maintenance staff. The gas and electrics are maintained by fully qualified contractors, with long established good reputations, so you know you are in reliable, but more importantly safe hands.

All our unfurnished properties are exempt from Bonds and Deposits. We only charge an Administration Fee and one month’s rent in advance. We accept Local Housing Allowance on most of our properties. A guarantor is required.

Our range of contemporary and spacious One Bedroom flats situated in the heart of the old town in Hull, starts at £80.00 per week. All flats are within walking distance of local amenities and central to the popular nightlife of the area.
