We have a large range of

The range of properties we provide is
privately owned by Wardbright and is fully maintained by our
own full time maintenance staff. The gas and electrics are
maintained by fully qualified contractors, with long
established good reputations, so you know you are in
reliable, but more importantly safe hands.

Deposits. We only charge an Administration Fee and
one month’s rent in advance. We accept Local Housing
Allowance on most of our properties. A guarantor is
